After contacting us, we will get you in touch with Rick, who can usually give you an estimate over the phone. He will also advise you on all available options, and work with you, to come up with a solution that fits your needs.
Preperation
Once a price has been agreed upon, and your vehicle is in the shop, we start by cleaning the panels that need repairing, along with all adjacent panels. Over time your vehicle can collect more than just dirt. Waxes and other materials can be imbeded into the paint, which can cause problems for the new paint or cause it to fade faster.
Repair
This step various from job to job depending on the damage. For Dents, we strip the damaged area down to the metal and use a specially designed tool, to slowly pull the dent out, without causing any holes or damage to the existing metal. Once the dent is pulled, we apply a thin layer of filler to the panel. (From here, the process for dents or scratches will be the same.) We then sand the area with the appropriate sandpapers to ensure the primer will properly bond.
Paint
After curing the primer, we prepare the panel(s) and cover all areas not being painted. We then use our specially designed paint guns to spray the highest quality paints, specifically tinted to your vehicles paint code ensuring you wont see a color difference.
Clear
Once the base coat of paint has properly cured, we apply several coats of clear coat. This adds the shine to the panel, and cures the paint to create a hard finish, so you wont have to worry about paint chipping or fading.
Finishing
For bigger repairs, or vehicles where the old paint has started to fade, we do a wet-sand and polish. This process brings life to old paint, and helps increase the shine. We then proceed to remove all masking paper and tape, and give the vehicle a final clean, before returning it to you.
